What insurance plans do you accept?

At this time, I take MaineCare and offer a sliding scale. I currently have a waitlist for MaineCare clients. Reach out and I can add you to my waitlist!
What does your sliding scale look like?

My sliding scale is as follows:
Intakes (75-minute): $100-250
50-minute Session: $50-200
90-minute Session: $80-230
Couples Session (75-minute): $75-225
Do I need dance experience?

No! The lens I bring from my dance/movement therapy specialty is simply an additional way of exploring and understanding your experiences. There is no expectation that you have dance experience or any particular movement ability. Movement can be as simple as noticing a sensation, changing your posture, or exploring how your body responds to something.
Where is your office located? Do you see people virtually?

My office is located at 57 Exchange Street Suite 203, Portland, ME 04101. I meet clients in-person on Mondays and Tuesdays. Otherwise, I meet with clients virtually.
